Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll manage the entire process of motor insurance claims from initial report to final settlement.
What you will do: You'll investigate claims, assess damage, negotiate settlements, and process payments for motor vehicle insurance claims.
Key responsibility:
- Investigate and assess motor vehicle insurance claims
- Determine liability and coverage based on policy terms
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and repair shops
- Process claim payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with claimants, repair shops, and internal stakeholders
- Adhere to company procedures and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong understanding of motor insurance policies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in claims handling (preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant insurance regulations
