Motor Insurance Claims Handler

What role you will play in team: You'll manage the entire process of motor insurance claims from initial report to final settlement.

What you will do: You'll investigate claims, assess damage, negotiate settlements, and process payments for motor vehicle insurance claims.

Key responsibility:

• Investigate and assess motor vehicle insurance claims
• Determine liability and coverage based on policy terms
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and repair shops
• Process claim payments and maintain accurate records

  Communicate effectively with claimants, repair shops, and internal stakeholders
• Adhere to company procedures and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong understanding of motor insurance policies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in claims handling (preferred)
• Knowledge of relevant insurance regulations
