Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Ranchi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining insurance policies, guiding customers through the purchase process, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, building client relationships, and maintaining records. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales and customer service experience
• Ability to understand and explain insurance products
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
