Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Collection Executive at our Indore location. The Loan Collection Executive will be responsible for overseeing debt collection activities, maintaining records of transactions, and ensuring timely recovery of loans. Candidates will communicate with clients to discuss repayment plans, analyze financial information, and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining adherence to company and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Credit Control and Debt Collection

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess financial situations and repayment plans
• Basic understanding and knowledge of Finance principles
• Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
