Were Hiring | B2B Sales Executive
Location: Bhopal & MP
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: ₹19,000–₹26,000/month + Incentives
Looking for an experienced Sales Executive to handle B2B sales and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure materials sector.
What Youll Handle:
- Develop new customers through market visits, networking and calls
- Connect with builders, contractors, developers and project sites
- Understand customer requirements and generate sales enquiries
- Prepare quotations and manage pricing discussions
- Convert potential leads into confirmed orders
- Maintain regular follow-ups and long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment
- Maintain sales activities and work towards assigned targets
What Were Looking For:
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B/Field Sales
- Experience in construction or building-material sales will be preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable with field travel and customer visits
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Graduate candidates preferred
