Job Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Key Requirements
- Proven sales/business development experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry in the UAE
- Strong network of clients in the Dubai market
- Experience in selling Hard FM and/or Soft FM services
- Expertise in business development, client acquisition, tendering, and contract negotiations
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Outdoor sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Meet clients, conduct site surveys, and understand customer requirements
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
- Coordinate with operations for seamless project execution
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
