A leading Management Institute is looking for an experienced Head – Academic Affairs to lead its academic administration and program operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role for professionals passionate about building robust academic systems, driving operational excellence, and enhancing the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end academic administration for all degree programs.
• Oversee academic calendars, examinations, student records, program delivery, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive digital transformation through ERP, LMS, Academic Bank of Credits (ABC), APAAR, and DigiLocker initiatives.
• Support new program launches, quality assurance, Assurance of Learning (AoL), rankings, and accreditation activities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing academic administration team while collaborating closely with faculty and institutional leadership.
