Regional Marketing Manager

Designation: Regional Marketing Leads

Reporting To: Head IQ/ Program Director

Locations: Kolkata and Chennai / Bengaluru

Job Overview: To Drive lead generation and CX level connects in Regions through Marketing efforts jointly with the organisations Network thereby creating a Quality movement across the Country.

Responsibilities:

Regional Strategy Development :

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies in alignment with national/global goals.
• Analyze regional market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
• Customize campaigns to address regional opportunities and challenges.

Demand Generation & Lead Grow

• Plan and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads and customer acquisition.
• Leverage both online and offline channels (events digital ads, partner marketing, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns based on ROI analysis.

Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

• Collaborate with Strategic partners to support co-branded marketing efforts.
• Develop toolkits and campaigns for regional marketing efforts
• Track engagement and co-marketing performance.

Synergy & collaboration with Teams

• Ensure collection of billing in coordination with Finance teams.
• Coordination with other Technical specialists and Industry for NPD
• Work collaboratively with States and Zones

• Educational Experience:
• Engineering Graduate + Management (Preferable)
• Work Experience: Min 5-7 years with Product/ Concept Marketing Background having worked Channel Sales driving Metrics and numbers.
• Key Competencies Required:

• Good communication Skills (both oral and written)
