A leading financial institution is looking for a senior technology leader to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, transformation and technology operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise-wide IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead IT infrastructure, technology operations, applications and enterprise technology services.
- Drive technology modernization, cloud transformation, scalability and resilience.
- Lead large-scale technology transformation and strategic IT programs.
- Strengthen IT governance, technology risk, compliance and cybersecurity.
- Manage technology vendors, partners, budgets and strategic relationships.
- Lead and develop large, high-performing technology teams.
- Partner with senior business and technology leadership to drive technology-enabled business outcomes.
Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles.
- Strong experience in Banking / BFSI / Financial Services.

- Experience as CIO / CTO / IT Head / VP IT / SVP IT / Technology Head / senior technology leader would be preferred.
- Strong exposure to enterprise IT, infrastructure, operations, cloud and technology transformation.
- Experience managing large technology teams and complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, risk, compliance and cybersecurity.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
