About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity, and technical knowledge to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Develop compelling email content, including subject lines, body text, and CTAs.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.

Social Media Management

• Plan and execute organic social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Develop engaging content calendars and create visually appealing posts using Canva.
• Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.

Paid Campaigns

• Manage social media and Google Ads campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and optimizing for performance.
• Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.

Content and Website Management

• Update and manage website content via WordPress, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.

SEO Optimization

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for relevant search terms.
• Use SEO tools (e.g., Yoast, Google Analytics) to track performance and make recommendations.

Analytics and Reporting

• Monitor and report on digital marketing performance across channels.
• Use insights from analytics tools to refine strategies and drive better results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media, and paid campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress for website updates and management.
• Strong proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like Yoast, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or SEO are a plus.
• Experience working in the logistics sector is advantageous.
