About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Assistant Finance Manager with strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory audits, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in handling audits, financial controls, and Ind AS reporting, preferably with exposure to Big 4 environments.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulations
- Support and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, CARO, and other regulatory requirements
- Handle financial reporting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting
- Work on complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, and group consolidations
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and cross-functional teams for smooth audit closure
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
- 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in Big 4 or reputed firms)
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS.
- Experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Good understanding of Schedule III, Companies Act, and tax audits
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
