Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

• Administer key HR processes such as operations supporting onboarding, performance management, payroll, insurance, compliance, audit, employee changes, promotions, and terminations across locations
• Oversee and manage the payroll input process for employees across offices and validation of payroll information to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
• Audit employee changes in HRIS system including but not limited to hiring, termination, promotions, data changes and leave of absence
• Assist employees by responding to employment verifications and other people-related data requests
• Own the insurance charter across organization by supporting employees while coordinating with insurance vendors and relevant stakeholders
• Execute the HR ops knowledge base (SOPs) implementation plan, lead data collection from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and create/update back-end documentation for the HR Ops Team. Implement a repeatable process that ensures team materials are up to date and relevant.
• Execute on our HR Ops automation roadmap, collaborate with external providers, HRIS and Engineering to ensure that we automate all repeatable processes
• Understand common issues and proactively resolve them through better use of processes and technology.
• Leverage data and analytics to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 1+ years as an HR operations professional with focus on process optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, a proven ability to execute processes, and a flexible approach to problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
• Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement; Lean champion and learner
• Experience in a product driven company is desired.
• Good written and oral communication skills
