Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Shopify & Social Media Executive to join our team on-site in Jalandhar. The role involves managing and optimizing our Shopify platform to enhance the online shopping experience. The candidate will also develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, respond to customer inquiries, and monitor social media trends. Additionally, the role includes digital marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and online sales.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing with an understanding of Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage with online audiences effectively
• Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing and social media campaigns
• Creative thinking and adaptability to changing trends in the digital landscape
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
