Job Description
Were hiring: Performance Marketing Manager
- Office Location| Noida, Sector 132
- Experience: 4–7 years
- Compensation: ₹8 to 12 LPA
- Work From Office
- We are looking for a hands-on performance marketer who can independently manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
You should be comfortable working with D2C/e-commerce accounts, diagnosing rising CAC, improving ROAS, testing creatives and audiences, analysing funnels, and making decisions based on commercial outcomes, not vanity metrics.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, GA4, GTM, dashboards and landing-page optimisation will be an advantage.
- This is not a pure client-servicing or team-coordination role. You must be willing to personally work inside ad accounts and take ownership of performance.
