Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Manager role based in Nagpur. As an Associate Manager, you will oversee key projects, manage cross-functional teams, and assist in crafting strategic plans for marketing, IT solutions, or business development. Responsibilities include ensuring project deliverables are met, monitoring performance, interpreting data for decision-making, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to align goals and outcomes. Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in developing and managing project strategies.
• Excellent knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign management, and social media engagement
• Proficiency in SaaS/PaaS platforms, AI, machine learning, and data science-related technologies.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in narrative building, political branding, and business development is an advantage.
• Strong aptitude for analysis, including setting measurable goals and interpreting analytical data for impactful outcomes.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
