About the Role

GBJ BUZZ PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR AndTechnical HR Executive who can identify, attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent while supporting the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical roles, recruitment processes, employee engagement, HR operations, and startup culture.

As a Technical HR Executive, you will work closely with engineering, operations, and management teams to build high-performing teams that contribute to the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and related HR documents.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.
• Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of Frontend, Backend, Full Stack & AI roles.
• Recruitment and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri & ATS platforms.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
• MBA (HR) is an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply.

Internship Expectations

• Commitment of 40–45 hours per week.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Meet assigned deadlines and reporting standards.
• Willingness to learn HR processes, recruitment tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Regular communication and timely task reporting. 

Internship Deliverables

During the internship, interns are expected to:

• Source and screen candidates for assigned roles.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding and HR documentation.
• Submit weekly recruitment and progress reports.
• Complete assigned HR projects and process documentation.
