Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager located in Nagpur, with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR practices and policies, managing recruitment and employee onboarding processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee relations and engagement. The HR Manager will also ensure the alignment of HR goals with the overall company objectives.

• Proven experience in HR practices, policies, and procedures
• Strong recruitment and onboarding skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of labor law compliance
