COMPANY OVERVIEW

We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

OVERVIEW

The D&T Analyst II role would support day-to-day Planview operations, maintain high-quality portfolio data, and help teams use the platform effectively. The role focuses on user support, establishing processes and best practices, reporting, governance, process improvement, and adoption across planning and delivery workflows.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Deliver Planview operations, including intake tracking, issue resolution, configuration coordination, and governance escalation

  • Maintain high data quality and process discipline across portfolios, initiatives, financials, Licencing, and related planning objects.

  • Manage licensing and user/admin setup, including selected system administration activities (e.g., maintaining roles, groups, and core admin settings within agreed guardrails)

  • Own Integration Errors / Manual Data Updates – Org hierarchies, resources, cost center, alt structures, etc.

  • Keep planning and execution data current, complete, and aligned with established governance standards.

  • Produce and support operational reporting, dashboards, and status views for leadership, portfolio owners, and delivery teams.

  • Monitor platform usage, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements that simplify the user experience and drive adoption.

  • Maintain support documentation, knowledge resources, and standard operating procedures for recurring activities.

  • Support release readiness through testing, documentation, training, change management, and validation of SIT, UAT, and hypercare activities.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for user support by triaging questions and access issues, escalating technical problems, and providing business context for requirements and reporting needs.

What Success Looks Like:

  • High data quality and process compliance across Planview records

  • Effective License management, faster issue resolution and smoother release adoption

  • Improved user adoption and smoother cross-tool workflow execution

  • Measurable improvements in platform governance and operational efficiency

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting planning operations, portfolio management, project delivery, or similar business systems.

  • Experience with Planview, PPM tools, or similar platforms used for planning, resource, financial, and delivery management.

  • Experience maintaining high-quality portfolio or operational data across structured processes and governance standards.

  • Experience providing end-user support, issue triage, and escalation coordination for system or process-related problems.

  • Working knowledge of reporting, dashboards, process documentation, and continuous improvement in a business operations environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting operations, including intake management, issue resolution, governance coordination, and release readiness.

  • Planview certification, ITIL/service management exposure, or global stakeholder experience

  • Experience with user setup, license management, roles, groups, and selected system administration activities within defined guardrails.

  • Experience managing integration issues and manual data updates for org hierarchies, resources, cost centres, and related structures.

  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, hypercare, training, and change management for platform enhancements or releases.

  • Experience monitoring platform adoption, identifying process gaps, and recommending improvements that simplify user experience and increase compliance.
