In this role, you&rsquoll be performing of audits of expense reports in auditing tool.
Responsibilities
. Identify and escalate critical incidents with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
. Provide updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.
. Use CONCUR skills to trouble-shoot configuration issues - (Preferable)
. Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to resolve the issues
. Handle customer requests within the prescribed SLA. Able to work in a competitive environment, meet the KPIs productivity quality and provide customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualification / skills
. Graduate/Post Graduate degree
. Familiarity with the Oversight tool and its features, such as real-time expense monitoring and AI-powered insights
. Ability to work with data analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and non-compliance
. Knowledge of compliance requirements and ability to set up filters for suspicious transactions through Oversight tool.
. Strong attention to detail to spot discrepancies, duplicate claims, or fraudulent activities
. Developing strategies to enhance efficiency and prevent future issues
. Awareness of industry-specific risks and regulatory requirements
