Analyst - Sales Operations

We are looking for a Company Secretary to support corporate secretarial and compliance functions across multiple global entities. The role offers exposure to international compliances and corporate governance practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure secretarial compliances for all group entities across different global jurisdictions
- Organize and support Board, Shareholders, and Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Handle statutory and regulatory filings with ROC, RBI, Companies House, Secretary of State, and other regulatory authorities
- Assist in managing and updating the global compliance framework / compliance tools
- Support periodic compliance audits and internal reviews
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants as required
Key Skills & Competencies :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of Companies Act and corporate governance requirements
- Good documentation, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance timelines
- Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset
