Accounts Executive | GST/TDS, Compliance, And Payroll Operations

Getfive is a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking firm having offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The firm specializes in IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising. Along with the Merchant banking arm, the firm also manages an AIF focused on late-stage companies.

Address: 5th Floor, Motilal Oswal Tower, Opp. Zion Z1 tower, Sindhubhavan Rd, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records
2. Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, including preparation & filing of returns
3. Manage Provident Fund (PF) calculations and compliance
4. Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports
5. Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable
6. Assist in statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors
7. Manage payroll accounting and expense tracking

• Candidates based in Ahmedabad or within Gujarat mandatory
• CA-Inter (dropout also welcome) or M.Com
• Previous experience working on GST, TDS, and PF/payroll compliance is mandatory
• 2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Previous work experience of Tally
• Good spoken English and a professional, presentable demeanor
