Ahmedabad. The firm specializes in IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising. Along with 

the Merchant banking arm, the firm also manages an AIF focused on late-stage companies.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to build and maintain 

a strong pipeline of advisors, consultants, intermediaries, and ecosystem partners for our 

capital markets and IPO advisory business. The role combines research, screening, 

database management, and early-stage relationship building.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Source potential advisors, consultants, intermediaries, and ecosystem partners through LinkedIn, industry databases, referrals, networking, and targeted keyword searches, while continuously identifying new sources and search terms.

2. Screen leads based on experience, IPO/transaction advisory exposure, industry relevance, and clientele, and categorize them into priority tiers based on strategic value and conversion potential.

3. Maintain and regularly audit an accurate CRM database, tracking each leads details, category, status, and follow-up dates across their full journey.

4. Build familiarity with qualified prospects via LinkedIn connections, content engagement, and mutual introductions, and follow up per schedule with timely CRM updates.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or market research

• Strong research, attention to detail, and communication skills

• Familiarity with capital markets, IPO processes, or financial advisory ecosystems is a plus

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently on building pipeline
