Data Scientist

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions, building and deploying machine learning models, and translating complex business problems into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Develop, train, validate, and optimize machine learning and statistical models for business use cases.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and analytics teams to understand requirements and define data science solutions.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments and ensure model performance and reliability.
• Develop predictive and classification models using appropriate machine learning algorithms.
• Create data visualizations and present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Implement best practices for model development, experimentation, documentation, and version control.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science - Machine Learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other data science libraries.
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and optimization.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
• Good understanding of model deployment, APIs, and ML lifecycle practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
