Sales Intern

Role Description The Sales Intern role at Giftority is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective clients, assisting with outreach, and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline. Day-to-day activities include researching target companies, coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, and following up with leads under guidance from senior sales professionals. The role also involves participating in client calls or meetings, handling basic customer queries, and contributing to the preparation of presentations and sales materials. The Sales Intern will learn and apply Giftoritys offerings to recommend suitable solutions, while actively supporting ongoing sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Foundational Sales skills, including lead generation support and pipeline follow-up.
• Ability to assist with Training and Sales Management activities, such as preparing materials and maintaining sales documentation.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reports, presentations, and data tracking.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in corporate gifting, B2B services, or related domains; prior internship or academic projects in sales or marketing are an advantage.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
