We are seeking a high-energy, tech-forward Marketing Associate to join our AI-native marketing team. In an AI product company, marketing moves at lightning speed. We dont just use AI in our product; we use AI in our daily workflows to automate the mundane and supercharge our creativity.

This is an entry-level role designed for candidates who have an AI-first mindset. You will work at the intersection of product, data, and generative AI to execute growth campaigns, manage our community, and help users understand the power of our AI solution.

• Degree: Bachelors & Masters in Digital Marketing, Media and Communication
• The Ideal Candidate: We highly value tech-adjacent profiles engineers who love writing/marketing, or marketers who are deeply obsessed with AI tools and technology.
• Certifications (Preferred): Any certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, or specialized courses in Generative AI Prompt Engineering.

• AI-Augmented Content Creation: Use GenAI tools like Gemini, Claude or any other tool to draft, iterate, and scale marketing copy for emails, blogs, and social media while maintaining a distinct, human brand voice.
• Community & Social Media Management: Own our social media presence (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube). Engage with tech-savvy users, developers, and AI enthusiasts to build an active, loyal community.
• Product Messaging & Optimization: Help translate complex AI capabilities into clear, benefit-driven copy for website landing pages and feature rollouts.
• Data-Driven Growth Tracking: Use tools/platforms like Google Analytics 4, Salesforce CRM, Google Search Console to monitor user sign-ups and campaign performance.
• AI Tool Experimentation: Actively research, test, and implement new AI marketing tools into our workflow to improve efficiency in video editing, design, or SEO research.
• Preparing Marketing Assets: Should be able to understand the product and prepare the required marketing materials accordingly. 

• Prompt Engineering Skills: You know how to talk to AI. You can write precise, iterative prompts to get high-quality marketing output from LLMs, rather than just copying and pasting basic commands.
• The Editor Mentality: You understand that AI output is just a first draft. You have the critical thinking and exceptional English communication skills required to fact-check, refine, and humanize AI-generated content.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: You are a fast learner who genuinely enjoys playing around with new software, beta tools, and productivity hacks.
• Data Curiosity: Comfortable looking at spreadsheets and basic product metrics to spot trends and user behavior patterns.
