Business Analyst (Pre Sales)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) who can understand client requirements, prepare business proposals, coordinate with technical teams, and support the sales team throughout the pre-sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, analytical, documentation, and presentation skills with a good understanding of IT services and software development.

• Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, company databases, and other online platforms.
• Generate qualified leads for IT services such as web development, mobile app development, custom software, ERP/CRM, AI/ML, and other technology solutions.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Understand prospects business requirements and identify potential opportunities for IT solutions.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, project scope, and decision-making authority.
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls between prospects and the sales/technical team.
• Prepare personalized introductory messages, sales emails, company presentations, and proposals.
• Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and communication records in CRM/lead-tracking sheets.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Track outreach activities, response rates, meetings, and lead conversion.
