• Experience with implementing multi-year, large and complex technology initiatives in manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge of IOT based data capture and leveraging data to drive insights, decisions and transformative customer experiences.

• Experience and expertise with leveraging AI, Gen-AI and Agentic AI in delivering transformative end2end scalable experiences
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timing and quality of outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in influencing people and teams who are not direct reports.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Confident and self-motivated individual, with a dedicated approach.
