Solutions Consultant

Your Responsibilities
Deep Dive Into Client Needs
- Collaborate with sales & client team to deeply understand client problems and the business context
- Analyze client needs, and conduct primary and secondary research to develop a deep understanding of the problem
Generate Solutions
- Collaborate with SMEs, consultants, and internal product team to come up with effective & innovative solutions for client problems
Craft & Pitch Compelling Stories & Presentations
- Design a solution in the form of a compelling story that aligns with our offerings and solves the client's problem
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand their needs and business context, and present tailored solutions
- Your presentations won't just be slides-they'll be stories that captivate, inspire, and persuade client stakeholders

Program Management & Execution
- Approach tasks and projects with a strategic mindset, and spot opportunities to create value. Partner with the project management team to execute all projects assigned seamlessly
- Ensure projects meet agreed impact metrics and client objectives while maintaining quality benchmarks
- Help project management team to showcase impact of the intervention to the key client stakeholders
Stakeholder Management & Customer Excellence
- Serve as a bridge between internal stakeholders (sales, product, project management, consultants) and external client stakeholders. Manage and engage with various stakeholders to drive results
- Go above and beyond to delight customers, building loyalty and advocacy through outstanding service delivery
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who's a mix of a consultant, a creator, and a collaborator. Here's the checklist-
- Education: MBA/PGDM (bonus points if you've got a knack for thinking like a consultant!).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR consulting/ L&D Consulting/Research/ Business Consulting

- Well-developed core consulting skills: primary & secondary research, problem statement identification & analysis, hypothesis thinking, creative thinking, and data analysis
- Ability to make sense of complex information and attention to detail

- Stellar communication skills-you'll need to shine in both writing and talking.
- Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Confidence & emotional maturity to work with senior executives
