Java Tech Director Analyst Level 5

**Role Overview:**

You will be responsible for analyzing legacy monolithic applications, designing strategies for decomposing and re-architecting into Java microservices, developing high-quality Java-based microservices, and containerizing applications using Docker and managing deployments through Kubernetes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Mentor and coach a team of tech leads, managers, and architects
• Formulate and execute strategic and tactical measures for team success
• Hunt and farm new avenues for business growth within accounts
• Collaborate with Business Units (Accounts) and delivery centers globally
• Ensure designs and standards are extensible across projects
• Conduct technical design reviews and audit projects for best practices

**Qualifications Required:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of professional Java software development experience
• Experience in migrating legacy systems to microservices architectures
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience deploying applications to on-premises and cloud infrastructures, especially Azure
• Familiarity with proprietary language transpilers is advantageous
• Previous experience in commercial lending or financial services domains is a plus
