• Role: Plant support L2- Application Support

• Location: Hyderabad

:

• Handling escalated calls and critical tasks like Backup & restore and maintain the log book of every incident
• Perform SOP based activities including App support, User and Access Management, Backup and Restoration, Date and Time Check, Windows Controller Checks, Pre-emptive Maintenance Checks etc.
• Handle escalated plant support issues.
• Coordinate plant IT projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular inspections of plant IT facilities.
• Having prior experience in pharma application
• Develop and update plant support documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in OQ execution for the new Ticketing tool (ServiceNow) on the evaluation platform.
• Performing data backup and restoration activities as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Creating monthly folders in QA applications such as Tiamo, Lab Solutions, Viscometer, Raman,
• Polarimeter, Vitek, Print Inspection, etc., as per SOP.
• Working on LIMS application to configure port-based and CDS for data transfer.
• Conducting audit trail verification in Production and QC areas.
• Verifying the active user list in Production and QC areas.
• Utilizing WIC chamber (ICDAS) application for relevant tasks.
• Updating Data Manager in the MES Automation application.
• Managing users in both Production and QC areas.
• Executing IQ, OQ, and PQ for new equipment or systems.
• Completing PM and WC checklist execution for GxP systems as per SOP.
• Managing Empower Project locking, unlocking, and restoration tasks.
• Participating in QMS activities, including CAPA management and Incident Management.
