Manager/Senior Manager - Treasury - Manufacturing Industry - CA

Must have experience of handling Cash Management in any Manufacuring Industry MNC

Liquidity Planning and Management:

- Cash flow forecasting and managing liquidity.
- Daily cash flow management to support business effectively.
- Creating best-in-class Payment infrastructure to effectively enable business.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to Organisations Business Units and delivering tailored solutions for their cash management and payment needs wherever necessary.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, building capabilities with a focus on digitalization and automation and integrating this knowledge into building treasury of the future.
Leading and Managing Key Treasury Initiatives:
- Supply Chain Financing for vendors: Liaising with Business, SCM, IT, Banks, P2P teams to manage the process end to end.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and execute projects that enhance efficiency, security, and compliance in cash management.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Bank Partner Management:
- Developing and managing regional Bank relationships.
- Maintaining and controlling bank accounts; and ensure that internal control and compliance requirements are always fulfilled.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 7 - 15 years of professional experience in a corporate treasury/finance environment, preferably in areas of cash management and banking.
- Experience in crafting and optimizing processes is required, preferably within a digitalization and automation context.
- Experience in project management by delivering small projects by yourself beyond daily operational tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple partners' expectations. Intense collaboration with the business will be the key.
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Proficient in SAP and MS office suite.
