We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process Customer Support role. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their career in the BPO / Customer Service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Deliver excellent customer experience on every interaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Comfortable working in Night Shifts
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: 3.2 LPA
• Take Home: Approx. 20,000 per month
• 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Offs)
• 2-Way Cab Facility (Pick & Drop)
