We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process Customer Support role. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their career in the BPO / Customer Service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Deliver excellent customer experience on every interaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: 3.2 LPA
- Take Home: Approx. 20,000 per month
- 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Offs)
