• Handle inbound and outbound calls and chats for US customers
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experienced candidates can apply with min 6 months exp
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Mandatory)
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in US Night Shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
