Role Description:

The Web Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing Glossy Lounge's website and related digital experiences. Day-to-day tasks include developing responsive front-end interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and ensuring seamless performance across devices and browsers. The role involves collaborating with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to translate brand concepts and campaigns into engaging digital experiences, as well as monitoring site analytics and resolving technical issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications:

• Strong Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid Back-End Web Development experience with server-side languages, databases, and API integrations.
• Comprehensive Web Development and Programming skills, with the ability to build and maintain scalable web applications.
• Web Design capabilities, including understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices.

Get Hired
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and payment gateway integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, and optimize for performance, accessibility, and security.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, on-site team environment.
• Experience in fashion industry, sustainability, or purpose-driven brands is advantage.
