Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The Manager - Finance Renewables will be generally responsible for supporting any financing initiatives in renewable energy business including management of all compliance related issues of the existing financing facilities, managing external CRA s for credit ratings and managing current banking relationships. Liaison with lenders/Financial institutions for arranging finance for projects. Support business team for undertaking various business/cost-benefit analysis.

Dealing with external stakeholders including PSU & private banks, legal counsel, consultants, credit rating agencies, private funds, financial institutions, etc
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Dealing with internal stakeholders including Accounts team, PPA team, technical team, legal team and other relevant counterparts
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Managing existing borrowings of up to Rs.1000 cr and fresh fund raising of Rs.1000-2000 cr
OTHER DIMENSIONS
- Managing multiple lenders for project finance/WC finance
- Dealing with multiple credit rating agencies
- Dealing with multiple consultants and legal counsel
Handling documentation, security creation, etc and relevant counterparties
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
CA / MBA Finance
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
8 years Experience in Power / Infrastructure / Manufacturing / Consulting
