Allocation Manager

• Inventory Management: Ensuring balanced stock positions across stores by analyzing demand forecasts and merchandise projections, NSOs.
• Strategic Allocation: Making decisions to place the right products in the right stores at the right time to maximize sales and minimize markdowns, tracking allocations against actual dispatches.
• Data Analysis: Reviewing sales trends, SKU productivity, and stock imbalances to refine allocation strategies, Identifying slow moving & fast-moving SKUs to execute necessary inter-store transfers & Stock consolidation, fill rate.

Experience: 8 - 15 Years
