Education: Chemical Engg/Chemistry Graduate + MBA
Experience: ~18-20 yrs

Job Role
- Drive Domestic and export sales for product in Agro and Pharma space
- Good exposure to Insecticides / Pesticides / Herbicides Agro Products.
- Delivery of sales and contribution targets
- Track industry data, import/export and develop rolling forecast
- Market development and new opportunities identification
- Coordinate within internal team to ensure timely delivery
- Product registration and support team with relevant information
- Build team of sales professional and Key Account Managers
- Sales of by products and close coordination for handling of by products
- Coordinate Logistics and ensure timely arrangement of exports and local logistics.
