Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Retails legal compliance framework across its pan-India operations. This role focuses on procuring and renewing licenses, managing compliance tools, auditing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Procuring and renewing critical operational licenses/ regulatory permits required for a retail organization.
- Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program via Compliance Tool.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive trackers for monitoring licenses and compliances.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in legal assistance
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
