Job Description
Role & responsibilities -
1. Handling Litigation
2. Recovery of dues from the parties
3. Reply to various notices received from government department and other parties
4. Drafting and vetting of various agreements
1. Compliance
2. Verification of property documents and liaisoning with advocate for purchase of land
3. Filing and defending various suits for and against the Company.
4. Advising /providing support to business on various statutes applicable to products and processes
5. Representing the Company in person before various Statutory Authorities.
6. Helping Marketing Team in credit appraisal of the Distributors & Customers.

Preferred candidate profile -
Graduate and Law degree holder
Commerce graduate preferred
