Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for social media, branding, campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Create engaging designs for Instagram posts, reels covers, campaigns, presentations, brochures, posters, and other digital assets.
- Understand client requirements and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Take ownership of projects from concept development to final execution.
- Guide junior designers and review creative outputs.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and social media aesthetics.
- Create innovative and engaging visual content that improves brand presence.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in social media creatives, branding, and digital marketing designs.
- Ability to create modern, premium, and engaging designs.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to present design ideas.
- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or marketing teams.
- Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is an added advantage.
