Lead - UX/UI Designer

Description:

• Product Experience & Design Ownership
• Lead the UX vision and design strategy for key product journeys across app and web.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interaction designs.
• Ensure design excellence, consistency, and scalability across all product surfaces.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Guide a team of designers; mentor them on craft, process, and design thinking.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data, and Growth teams to translate insights into designs.
• Drive a high-velocity, experimentation-led design culture.

Research & Insights:

• Conduct or collaborate on user research, usability tests, and competitor benchmarking.
• Analyse data, user behaviour, and friction points to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Apply both qualitative and quantitative insights into design decisions.

System & Process Building:

• Own and evolve the design system for consistency, speed, and cross-team alignment.
• Improve design workflows, documentation, and review processes.
• Ensure cohesive visual language across marketing, product, and brand.

Execution & Delivery:

• Deliver pixel-perfect UI and intuitive UX for high-impact product releases.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure smooth and accurate implementation of designs.
• Ship fast, iterate quickly, and optimise based on real-time feedback.
