Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for providing excellent service to clients with respect to their loans, and for ensuring that all servicing functions are handled efficiently and accurately.
What you will do: You will interact with clients via phone and email to handle inquiries and resolve issues related to their loans. You will also process payments, manage documentation and maintain accurate records.
Key responsibility:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries regarding loan account information, payments and other loan-related issues.
- Process loan payments accurately and timely.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Manage loan documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. Experience in financial services preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
