Job Description
What role you will play in team: Collaborate with a team of risk professionals to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
What you will do: Analyze operational processes, identify control gaps, and contribute to risk mitigation plans.
Key responsibility:
- Conduct operational risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities and threats.
- Develop and maintain risk registers, documenting identified risks and mitigation plans.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of risk controls.
- Participate in risk management initiatives and projects.
- Prepare reports on risk findings and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Technology).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of operational risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with risk management software is a plus.
