Job Description

gTech Ads Finance partners with the leaders of gTech Ads as their CFOs, covering customer experience (CX), gTech Ads Enablement (gAE), Ads Solutions, Global Customer Solutions (GCS) and Large Customer Sales (LCS). We are becoming an AI-first finance team: automated pipelines and AI agents handle the mechanics, so our people can spend their time on commercial judgment and the decisions that move the business.

In this role, you will be the gTech Ads authority on what we spend on vendors, why, and where it could cost less. That covers vendor and extended-workforce spend across gAE, CX and Ads Solutions.

Your job is to make sure strategic vendor and opex decisions rest on the best available view of cost, risk and opportunity, across verticals as well as within them. You will work closely with vendor managers, operations leaders, gSO, and with finance business partners in India and Mountain View. You will bring the data, the insight and the challenge; business leaders make the decisions.

This role is central to making sure the savings we commit to are real, sustainable and visible in the P&L.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a gTech Ads vendor opex forecast from drivers, on top of an automated baseline. Bring in risks and opportunities from vendor managers and business changes from vertical finance partners.
  • Track AI-driven and operational efficiency savings across verticals (committed vs. realized) and check that savings in plans and slides show up in vendor headcount and the P&L.
  • Create and maintain cost per case, cost per hour and productivity measures by vendor, site and workflow.
  • Spot and size opportunities to consolidate vendors and sites, harmonize rates and change mix. Present recommendations at a quarterly vendor economics review chaired by the Finance Lead.
  • Use and improve AI agents and automated tools for forecasting, reconciliation, variance analysis and commentary. Share prompts and tools with the team, and retire manual processes when better options appear.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
  • Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with vendor, BPO or shared-services economics (rate cards, staffing and work-driver models, productivity, cost to serve).
  • Experience reconciling operational data (hours, volumes) against financial data (invoices, actuals).
  • Experience with SQL, BI or analytics tools, and with generative AI tools in finance workflows.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority, including challenging plans with data.
  • Ability to work across time zones and with distributed teams (India and US), and to turn complex analysis into a clear commercial recommendation.
