Job Description
- As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Full Stack Technologies with a focus on Spring Boot, you will play a crucial role in guiding a team of developers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java will be instrumental in setting quality standards, reviewing code, and making important technical decisions. By fostering a collaborative environment and staying updated on the latest industry trends, you will contribute to the success of our projects and make a tangible impact.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring developers to enhance their skills in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java, as well as actively participating in technical discussions to assess options and mitigate risks. Working closely with stakeholders, you will define project goals, establish deliverables, and provide progress reports to ensure alignment with project objectives.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in Spring Boot, Java, and Hibernate, along with a good understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API development. Your expertise in performance tuning and optimization of Spring Boot applications, coupled with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools, will be highly beneficial. Familiarity with Agile methods and certifications such as Spring Professional or Java SE 11 Developer Certification are considered advantageous.
