Lead Data Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements to design and deliver data-driven solutions and applications.
• Capture requirements, challenges, and opportunities through frameworks, workshops, and client interviews.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Convert client needs into analytics-based solutions and ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to department-level strategy and manage end-to-end delivery of key projects.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and overall impact.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Business Management from a premier institution.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles, requirement frameworks, and solution design.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; working knowledge of Python preferred.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Collaborative team player with adaptability to diverse working environments.
