Job Summary:

CB Chains is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and taxation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and income tax filings, along with proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word and Advanced Excel. The role also involves handling E-Invoicing, E-Waybills, and generating MIS reports to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and file GSTR, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax returns in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
2. Ensure timely preparation and submission of E-Invoices and E-Waybills.
3. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure reconciliation of financial statements.
4. Generate and analyze MIS reports to provide financial insights for decision-making.
5. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including GST, and assist in tax audits.
6. Utilize MS Word and Advanced Excel for data management and report preparation.
7. Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth financial transactions.
8. Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
9. Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper financial controls and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
2. Strong knowledge of GST laws, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax.
3. Proficiency in MS Word and Advanced Excel.
4. Hands-on experience in E-Invoicing and E-Waybill generation.
5. Ability to prepare and analyze MIS reports.
6. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong organizational and communication skills.

8.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in the manufacturing or trading industry.
2. Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar platforms.
3. Knowledge of financial audits and statutory compliance.
