Role Description

We are seeking a Field Sales Specialist in Jalandhar for a full-time, on-site role. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, managing sales processes, and actively generating leads to achieve and exceed targets. The role involves presenting GrayQuests solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive engagement and collaboration with internal teams to streamline sales operations and deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional support.

  • Experience in Sales and Lead Generation to meet and exceed targets by identifying opportunities and converting leads into successful partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, including managing accounts, preparing strategies, and analyzing sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of the education or financial technology sector is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
