Position: Jr. Key Account Manager (KAM)

About the Role:
Join GrayQuest as a Jr. Key Account Manager, where youll be the primary point of contact for our valuable partner institutionsschools, colleges, and education companies.
Youll build lasting relationships, ensure partner satisfaction, and help grow their usage of our finance and payment solutions.
What Youll Do:
- Be the trusted advisor for assigned partner institutions
- Recommend suitable finance/payment products to help them grow
- Maintain strong partner relationships through regular check-ins and quick resolutions
- Analyze data to optimize account performance
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Finance teams
- Manage contracts, renewals, and compliance
- Report account performance and insights to leadership
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in educational product sales or finance services
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and grow partner relationships
- Local candidates preferred
