Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Skills

• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in tracking KPIs, performance metrics, and process improvements.
